Deep understanding of performance test principles, processes and implementations ? Excellent experience of atleast 6 + years on Performance Testing Tools (Load Runner / Silk Performer) with good exposure to Http, Https, Oracle NCA, RTE, Seibel, RDP Protocols etc and monitoring and Diagnostics tools ? Good experience in Analyzing performance bottlenecks and making appropriate recommendations ? Should have good project & Lead management experience (at least 3+ yrs) ? Familiar with Technologies like Oracle RAC, Clustering and Load balancing
