Experience : 5-8 years in Testing Space. Test Lead - Responsibilities Should have Worked on Peoplesoft HR/Similar tool and should have experience in Testing PeopleSoft HR Applications. Specifically required Experience in Testing/Implementation of HCM module in peoplesoft. Single point of contact for Testing Plan and coordinate Release test activities Provide status updates to stakeholders Develop test strategies and test plans Review Business and System requirements for testability Write test cases from requirements Execute tests and log results Ensure QS test standards are followed Prepare test data as needed Identify regression test cases to be run for each release Work with Offshore regression team to coordinate test execution Identify and document defects Skills Required - Quality Center 10.0 experience with Requirements, Test Management, Test Lab and Defect Modules Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience in Unix scripts Experience with testing online Workflow / Case management applications
