"a) Weblogic - installation, Administration and upgrades Weblogic 10.x, Weblogic Portal, Bulk Loader JVM Performance Tuning, Jrockit Mission Control Tool Shell scripting knowledge, python scripting HTTP server Integration & SSL Weblogic Clustering & DR configurations SSO and Siteminder XA Transactions, JMS,. JTA

b) Unix : File systems, security, networks, System performance, SAN, NAS, SRDF

c) High Availability : Unix Clustering, load balancing and Virtual IPs

d) Databases : Oracle v10, Sybase, SQL Server

e) Job Scheduler : Autosys

f) MS project, Excel, Power Points - Should be proficient

g) IT Methodology : ITIL, AIM

h) Information Security & Audit for Websphere "
