JOB DESCRIPTION:
10 + years experience in business analysis or in a business process
engineering role on multiple projects.
Should be able to lead a team of 8-10 BA's
Should be able to work on multiple projects, work closely with
business teams/SMEs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodologies is a must
Advanced business process analysis and workflow documentation skills.
Experience with developing use case modeling and iteration process
testing models.
Excellent organization skills
Work closely with other departments to anticipate changes in
functionality and priorities.
Work with project team and management to identify and document
benefits, costs and risks associated with solution alternatives.
Conduct and document requirements traceability matrices.
Lead discovery activities with business and IT staff at all levels to
understand business
objectives, assumptions, and constraints related to a solution
delivery
Interface with all levels of client and internal teams
Enable collaboration between the product owner and customer with the
developers and testers on the project team
Devise and prepare concise and effective User Stories
Determine precise and accurate User Story acceptance criteria
Assist the developers & testers in translating user acceptance
criteria into consumable scripts for the automation test frameworks
Assist the testers in arranging customer reviews
Coordinate development activities with data modelers, Data Base
Administration, and other cross functional technical areas to address
data architecture requirements
Design and assist user interface/ user experience teams in
customizing Screens, Views, and Mockups per business requirements.
