Client is looking for a someone with strong Security background that has experience with Java Development and with Webshere Application Server/Webshpere. This person is going to maintain and build applications that are used by the security team. For example, when you go to log into your bank site, they ask you what your Father's middle name is, or what is the name of the town where you grew up, this is a site that this team would build, so they have to understand the security aspect. Another example of what this team might do would be when a new person starts at State Farm, they are entered into the system and when that happens the security packet gets generated from their application. Another example of an application they work on is when someone calls in to a system and enters a series of numbers for voice authentication, if they pass it goes to a representative that can help them, if it fails they are routed to go to the security application they built.
 The right candidate must have strong security experience, they must have strong Websphere/Websphere application experience and J2EE development
experience. Knowledge of Rules Engine, application servers and application maintenance, authorization and authentication (LDAP, Single Sign-On, Kerberos, etc.) experience.
 Required skills:
Required skills include working experience with:
a) JAVA, JRA and J2EE
b) Linux platform
c) Unix platform
d) Apache/Tomcat configuration experience
2. Ability to work in a team environment
3. Ability to solve problems logically and systematically
4. Ability to easily adjust to changes in work assignments
5. Demonstrated customer service skills
6. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
7. Good written and oral communication skills including an ability to explain complex concepts to others
8. Able to provide coverage for off-business hours and weekends as needed; i.e. implementations, after hour service calls
 
TOP 3 SKILLS:
·         4+ years of Development experience with Java/J2EE
·         Experience with Authorization and Authentication (LDAP)
·         2+ years of Websphere Application Server (WAS).
