POSITION: Java Developers / Java Lead Developers
Primary Skills:Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, EJB, Web Services, Healthcare
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Projected Duration: 6 + month
Rate: $50/hr all inclusive for Lead Developers ( 8+ years in Java )
Rate: $45/hr all inclusive for Sr. Developers ( 6+ years in Java )

We look for both Lead Developers ( 8+ years in Java ) and Sr. Developers ( 6+ years in Java )

| Lead Developer (Java) | · 8+ years total Java experience, 4+ years design · Have strong OOPS and OOAD concepts · Have primarily worked on business layer using Core Java. · Have implemented Gang of Four Patterns whilst developing the business layer. · Preferably have used Swings for UI development · Have used JUnit for unit testing · Exposure to projects / application with Medical domain will be nice to have | · Be part of scrum team · Participate in design · Participate in development of core modules · Participate in review process · Mentor junior team members |

| Sr. Developer (Java) | · 6+ years total Java experience, 2+ years design · Have strong OOPS and OOAD concepts · Have primarily worked on business layer using Core Java. · Have implemented at least 2 Gang of Four Patterns whilst developing the business layer. · Preferably have used Swings for UI development · Have used JUnit for unit testing · Exposure to projects / application with Medical domain will be nice to have | · Be part of scrum team · Participate in development of core modules · Participate in review process |
