LoadRunner Controller experience (self ranked 4-5 out of 5)
Design performance test scenarios (self ranked 3 out of 5)
Experience leading a performance test effort (self ranked 4 of 5)
Developing performance reports (self ranked 3 of 5)
 
Nice to have:
NYC DoITT Experience
Web Service performance testing
Silverlight and Sharepoint script creation
Silverlight and Sharepoint performance testing experience
soapUI experience
knowledge of XML
Performance tuning of web applications (self ranked 2 of 5)
