SUMMARY:

·         Over 10 years IT experience in Project Management/ Business Analysis/ System Architecture including that of multi-tier web application, standalone, client/server, 24 x 7 support  applications.

·         Expertise in Business Systems Analysis – Requirements elicitation processes, preparation of business & user requirement documenting, use case modeling.

·         Proficient in mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into techno functional specifications, service deliveries, implementations and custom designing solutions by following the  standard guidelines and project methodologies.

·         A thorough understanding of project concept, definition, planning, development, test, production rollout, closure, and post implementation review phases including business continuation and application maintenance planning.

·         Experienced in preparation of request for proposal/ project charters, project proposal & bidding, vendor management and service delivery.

·         Experienced in conducting user acceptance, training, and implementing new processes and technology.

·         Strong Project Management skills related to all  knowledge areas – Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication, Risk and Procurement Management

·         Working experience in methodologies like Scrum/ Agile, SLDC Process.
