If you have a strong Java Developer with 12 years total exp and 6 years of Java with strong communcations skills, I can get him interviewed..
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Duration 6-12 months. Most of the conslutalnts on this team have been there fore 2-3 years.
Client needs a Java developer for design, development and implementation of critical business applications. This position will play a key role in gathering and documenting business processes and system requirements.
Responsible for developing application design specifications and participates hands-on in developing code.
Provides strong technical delivery skills and insures best practices and standards for application development are adhered to in all phases of the life cycle of the project.
Requires minimal supervision and guidance.
Works in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance and technical guidance to the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and other team members throughout the development life cycle.
Experience Required:
6+ years experience in software development experience, 10-12 years in IT
Must have experience in the following technologies: JAVA, JSP, EJB 3.X or 2.X
Java position where we were looking at the position requiring ejb, jsp and jsp. JSF is now not required, just a plus. They want to see more resumes that besides these skill sets that also has more web focus - more experience with javascript, servlets, jpa, hibernate, ajax and css. The first few skill sets more so. *******Must have a total of at least 10-12 years experience. Client has candidates stat for years, not just 6 months.
This position is 6 month but manager believes it will go over a year if not longer.
Selling point for your candidate - this team has been at this client for 3 plus years..this company tends to keep their consultants and move them up in the areas of responsibilities. This is the case for the the entire team, all have been there as long term contractors.
VERY STRONG JSP Servlets or strong JSP Facelets would work fine if the candidate does not have JSF
