Job Title: Bank of America Location: Jacksonville, FL or Charlotte, NC Duration: 6+ months Rte: DOE Required Experience: · 6+ years MQ Series Administration (command line utilities and third party tools) · 6+ years of Message Broker Administration (command line utilities and third party tools) · 6+ years of z/OS platform experience (Message Broker on z/OS) · ·In addition to z/OS, experience with multiple platforms such Unix, Linux and Windows is required · ·Proven proficiency with installation, deployment, administration and support of products · ·Proven proficiency with § clustering § shared channels / objects § SSL § scripting § Excellent verbal and written communications skills Skills & Responsibilities: · Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex messaging flows, depicting flows in Microsoft Visio. Designs must adhere to existing core standards and infrastructure. · Works together with team members to develop and implement design plans. · Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. · Manage several complex projects and coordinate activities of other project resources. · Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. · Support client testing in various non-production environments. · Routinely accountable as a Messaging Subject Matter Expert within a project team or as an individual contributor. · Works under minimal supervision, with the ability to adapt and manage client expectations and schedules. · Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. · Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
