Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop performance models and test strategies

• Design, implement and execute load and performance tests based on strategies

• Identify system bottlenecks and suggest improvements

• Review performance testing artifacts of other projects

• Participate in reviews of system architecture, and design documents

• Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats

 

Qualifications:

• Up to5 years experience with performance testing using HP Mercury LoadRunner Suite and Diagnostics

• Experience working on large scale high availability and high traffic

• Experience multitasking multiple technically demanding projects

• Hands on experience testing in Siebel

• Experience managing and mentoring performance test engineers across multiple projects

• Practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on experience testing in AS400, .NET and/or J2EE technology platforms

• Experience working with iterative development methodologies

• Exposure with C/C++, Java, multiple OS and RDBMS development languages and databases
